Ground tiles

This is the one thing the plan will not guess. A ground tile is addressed by the game's own filename, and nothing about a picture says which of them it is meant to be — so name the ones you recognise here and they are filed under that name. Everything left unnamed is copied as a prop or left out, exactly as it would have been. The Map Builder works without any of this: it falls back to flat colours and emits identical code.
